Dry Hire:
- We bring the bar to you, set it up & provide all equipment ready for you to stock the bar how you wish.
- As an extra on top of the booking fee, our friendly and professional staff can also be hired to serve you and your guests at your big day.
Gee Gee’s:
A rice horsebox perfect for an outdoor occasion and venues. Fitted with tripled fridge, and finished with fairy lights and pallet wood.
Booking fee: £250. Minimum spend applies.
Hair of the dog:
A Equitrek Horsebox perfect for all outdoor venues and occasions. Fitted with a draught system, triple fridge and finished with LED lights, a ramp and scaffold boards at the front of the bar.

Hexagon Bar
made out of pallet wood perfect for outdoor venues including marquees as makes a great rustic centre piece as well as accommodating all indoor venues.
Booking fee £250. Minimum spend applies.
Full Bar Hire:
- Secures your special date.
- This includes a fully equipped bar for the duration of your big day along with friendly and professional staff members to serve you and your guests.
- We will apply for the Alcohol licence, this is legally required to serve alcohol on your big day.
- Choose your perfect drinks menu.
- 25 miles radius of travel included anything outside this is charged at £1.50 per mile.
- Bar wastage disposal
- Generator hire if required.
Bar tap options:
- Pay as you go bar: your guests pay as they go with cash or card payments
- Complimentary bar: allows you to put money behind the bar for your guests and then convert to a pay as you go bar afterwards.
- Open bar: allows you to pay for all drinks during the service.
Welcome drinks, Toast Drinks & Drinks Packages:
- We work with couples to best work out and understand the plan for their big day, allowing us to work out the correct drink choices as well as the number per person. Packages start from £15pp.
Table Wine:
- We make recommendations on wines we can provide to fit with you and your day as well as your budget.
